Un sabor italiano para compartir en CDMX"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hay sitios que nos hacen sentir como en casa y Galea, en la colonia Roma Norte, es todo un\u00a0 viaje de sabor por la gastronom\u00eda metropolitana e italiana, con las m\u00e1s altas t\u00e9cnicas francesas.<\/p>\n<p>La mente detr\u00e1s de esta aventura gastron\u00f3mica es el chef Rafael Zaga, quien tras 10 a\u00f1os de trabajar en la prestigiosa cocina del restaurante Marea, en Nueva York, abri\u00f3 este sitio donde comparte su visi\u00f3n de la comida.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" 675px) 100vw, 675px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Como muchos otros negocios, Galea surgi\u00f3 a ra\u00edz de la pandemia y el saz\u00f3n neoyorkino de Rafael Zaga, se \u201cendulz\u00f3\u201d con los postres de la chef repostera Michelle Catarata, de ascendencia filipina, pero nacida en la Gran Manzana.<\/p>\n<p>Las bebidas no se quedan atr\u00e1s y los cocteles cl\u00e1sicos, algunos reinterpretados sin perder sus esencia, combinan perfectamente con la ambientaci\u00f3n y el tren de sabor que nos espera a los comensales.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-96193
